For both Wedgewood and non-Wedgewood clients, completing a contract and deposit is required to reserve our photography and/or videography. Email API at apisales@gmail.com or call us at (925)-215-1135. Office hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

The deposit is $750 for any photography and videography services including weddings, engagements, corporate events, etc.

Engagement sessions are traditionally 1 hour long. However, in locations with more foot traffic or other challenges, we may accommodate up to 90 minutes.

For Wedgewood and non-Wedgewood clients, the final payment is due 2 weeks prior to the event.

We deliver between 60-100 photos per hour per photographer.

Yes, we professionally edit all the photos in your gallery. Typically, the edits include white balance and exposure adjustments, as well as B&W and stylized copies.

Unfortunately, you are unable to choose your photographer. We assign our photographers approximately 2-3 months prior to your wedding. We do welcome requests for photographers you would like to capture your day based on the sample galleries received. We cannot guarantee that your requested photographer will be available to shoot your wedding. That being said, all our photographers are trained and equally experienced. Any photographer assigned to your wedding should be able to execute your vision.

We will have your gallery available online approximately 6-8 weeks after your event. Videos are 10-12 weeks.

A location is any separate venue from the wedding where you have service. For example, a home, hotel, park, church, etc.

Of course! Our photographers guide posing and prioritize making our clients feel comfortable and most like themselves on their special day.

No, our packages and contracts for each service are separate because we have two separate teams for photo and video.
